Jason Hall founded Collaborative Structures to help enterprise product organizations build the operational muscle to ship products that matter — faster, with less waste, and with a clear line of sight from strategy to delivery. Over more than a decade he has worked at the messy intersection where product, engineering, and design collide: architecting product operating routines at a global B2B telecom, restructuring a top-three Canadian bank’s portfolio from 64 initiatives down to nine strategic bets, coaching five product organizations across Capital One’s card division toward faster in-market learning, and designing an agency-wide human-centered design and agile curriculum for more than 1,000 federal employees. Today most of his work sits in AI enablement — teaching product managers, designers, and analysts to use GenAI as a working instrument rather than a novelty. A former U.S. Air Force IT systems chief, Jason works out of the Washington, D.C. area.
